We will begin our re-use collection service in both Hackney & Islington postcodes from 1st October. Only our store in Leyton is currently open to walk in customers. We are working hard to put all our products online ASAP.

Returns

Returns policy - Online Sales:

While we hope you’ll be happy with your item, we do have a simple and easy-to-follow returns process. If you change your mind, or your item is not as expected we will be happy to accept a return within 30 days. In order to return an item to us, the item must be returned to us: 

(a)    In the same condition you received it in

(b)    If part of a multi-part set, with all parts of the multi-part set; and

How to return an item:

Simply contact us via the Contact Us page giving details of your purchase and we will be in touch with you, for you to return the item to us.

If the return is due to something which is our fault, please state this when you contact us.

How long will it take to process a refund?

Once an item is received, a refund will be processed via PayPal to the original account used, within 3 working days.

Damaged Item - Online Sales:

In the rare event that an item is damaged when you recieve it, the process is the same as an unwanted item. Please contact us via our "Contact Us" page and we will be happy to help.

Faulty products - Online Sales:

During the expected life of your product, your legal rights entitle you to the following:

(a) Up to 30 days: if your product is faulty, please return it as above

(b) Up to 6 months: if your faulty product is not fit for sale and cannot be repaired, please contact us to discuss.
